However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

The item must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

You must provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost upfront.
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a store credit for:

The return shipping amount you paid (as proof of postage or receipt may be required).
Please note that shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
